Rearranged game with Sully Spartans as the Hurricanes were not available.
Great cricket weather, warm, blue skies & sun doesn`t get any better
Eclipse batted first & made 120 runs with batting performances coming

Top scorer – Nils - 30 runs ( 5 fours )
2nd Luke - 22 runs ( 2 fours )
3 joint 3rds how spooky is that !
Jamesy - 13 runs ( 1 four ) still retains the pink cap, suits you Sir
Ali - 13 runs ( 2 fours ) Ali turned a head hunter into a 4 by
quickly twisting to his right & knocking the ball over his left shoulder, would have
been a hospital job if he wasn`t so quick !
Timbo - 13 runs ( 1 six & 1 four )
4th Rhydian with 6 runs, going for the 7th running like the clappers between the
sticks but not quick enough to get there, hard luck Rhyd !
Vince aka Peter Mandeleson 2nd golden duck of the season, fine paid with shame.

Fielding: Busiest guy in the field was Buckets down at deep mid wicket saving
fours much to the frustration of the Spartans
Catches, 2 from yours truly 1 at square leg & the other at long off
running in from the boundry. Rhydian catching a quick ball at silly mid off &
Timbo running in from the boundry at long off to catch a skier.
Hard luck to Nils for dropping a one hander, would have been the best
catch of the game if it had stuck, fine paid !
Outcome – Game lost to the Spartans with 5 wickets in hand
On a positive note we gave them a good game
Champagne moment: Nasher & Buckets returning from the long grass with
Nasher rubbing his balls !!!
